It’s not too late. Start now. Our skin is capable of cell rejuvenation and repair and there are a number of things we can do to promote that. The focus should be put on
1. Reorganising the way you eat and the way you handle stress and
2. Protect yourself from the environment which includes choosing the right kinds of anti ageing skin care products and treatments.
Anti Ageing Diet
Antioxidants help combat free radical damage so it is important to adapt your diet to include foods rich in antioxidants. These foods are: berries, broccoli, red grapes, garlic, spinach, carrots, soy and whole grains.
In addition to antioxidants foods that reduce inflammation can affect ageing: cherries, yogurt, sprouts, hot peppers, nuts and seeds, buckwheat, beans and lentils, barley, green vegetables, garlic and onions. Incorporate these foods in your diet and they will help to minimize premature ageing and age related illnesses.
Alcohol: I recommend having a glass of water before and after drinking a cup of coffee or tea or an alcoholic beverage.
